The Premium Service is configured with a contention ratio of 1:1 - meaning no access contention. The benefits of Premium 1:1 include low cost of installation and extensive service availability when compared with Fibre. Further, the service is supplied with up to 5 V/LANs as standard. Premium Wireless Ethernet Internet is most suited to companies requiring dedicated throughput to support large and frequent public data transfers, server hosting, IPVideo and more. It is ideal for business that require constant high speed access to or across the web.

The Plus Service is configured with a contention ratio of 10:1. Companies that view the 10:1 contended product as entry-level, require a better quality service at a price point lower than the Premium product. Plus Wireless Ethernet Internet is supplied with 2 VLANs. Additional VLANs are available.
